When you think of Italy, chances are you’ll think of the amazing food and sharing delicious home-cooked meals with family and friends. It’s something I loved about being brought up in Naples and something we don't spend nearly enough time doing here in the UK. Our goal is to make mealtimes stress-free, mouth watering and most importantly, something to look forward to together.
Authentic Italian recipes
There are so many fantastic sauces that come from Italy and most regions have their own twists and traditions. From puttanesca of Naples to arrabiata of Rome, each is distinctive and each packed full of flavour. Point Noir Home sauces are the result of the very best recipes I’ve tried over the years, and ones I’ve tweaked and added my own spin to. My dad was a fantastic cook, and I know he would be so proud to see us sharing some of his recipes with you.
Everything fresh
We believe in REALLY GOOD FOOD, first and foremost. Using only great quality, local ingredients, you’ll never find any additives or preservatives in our sauces - they’re as fresh as if you’d made them yourself.
Keeping it local
We always use local suppliers for the meat, cheese and veggies you’ll find in our sauces. We’re keeping our carbon footprint low and supporting our local community here in East Sussex, which is really important to us.
Sustainability
We believe everyone should do their bit to be more eco-friendly so we’re doing everything we can to make sure our packaging is either reusable or recyclable.
